Meet Incumbent Jeff Lohman Who'd Like To Remain County Commissioner District 7

The goal, is simple.  We're offering area candidates a chance to come on and let you get to know them.  Hopefully, you'll see what they stand for minus the stuff like spin...debates, mud slinging, accusations and all that that seems to accompany elections now a days.  So far, it's proven a pretty good way for you to get to know your friends and neighbors who are seeking office.  No candidate is being charged for their appearance on here, every one of them has the platform if they choose.

Today, meet Jeff Lohman who's running to retain his seat as a Muskegon County Commissioner in District 7.  District 7 includes  Holton, Cedar Creek Township, Egelston, Moorland and Casnovia.  Jeff is passionate about increasing sustainability developing a connected and healthy community.  He's the vice of the Transportation Committee, sits on the Veterans Advisory Board,  Solid Waste Planning Committee and is on the Michigan State Extension Board.  I have only met Jeff briefly in the past, so I am equally excited to get to know him a little better and find out what drives him to wan to make Muskegon a better place!  Jeff is also the General Manager of the Peak Training Academy and is the head coach of the womens soccer team at Muskegon Community College.  Take a listen to our chat below!
